Meet Our Team
Jonathan Teboul – CEO & Broker
Jonathan is focused on leading the company’s overall vision and strategic direction by identifying key acquisitions, managing growth and overseeing recruitment of talents. With over 10 years of experience, Jonathan has successfully undertaken and managed a wide range of projects and has been involved in the acquisition, renovation and disposition of Real Estate totaling in excess of $200 Million. Jonathan is also the Broker for C.A.P. Management (Commercial Asset & Property Management, LLC) – a commercial real estate investment firm. Prior to founding Management Miami, Jonathan was an Investments Analyst for Real Fund Capital based in Aventura, FL. Mr. Teboul has recently succeeded in passing all the State Exams to become a licensed CGC (Certified General Contractor).
Jonathan holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance & Real Estate from Florida International University. He is a member of the Miami Commercial Realtor Association, ICSC, USGBC, CCIM & ULI. At FIU, Jonathan served as the president of the Real Estate Student Association for which he organized many events with local and national real estate speakers.
Cedric Chalabi – Project Manager, Construction Director
Prior to joining Management Miami, Cedric was the Renovations Manager at one of the largest Property Management Companies in New York City, Stonehenge Management, affiliate of Stonehenge Capital. He also worked for a General Contractor in Long Island City, NY; managing apartment renovation for luxury residential buildings, with expenditures of $2M per month. Cedric is passionate for the Real Estate field. He ensures the property management department and renovation projects run smoothly at Management Miami. Prior to NY experience, Cedric was involved in Real Estate auction in France and successfully handled many acquisitions, renovations and resales.

Angel Estrada – Office Manager and Assistant Property Manager
Angel Estrada oversees the day to day operations of Management Miami as the Office Manager and ensures all clients are attended to with extraordinary care. Also working as the Assistant Property Manager Angel assists Cedric in tenant interaction and Owner communications to guarantee a smooth transition and welcoming clients to the Management Miami family. Angel has been in the real estate industry since 2012, focusing on leasing and property management, and has been a licensed Realtor since 2017 specializing in luxury residential & commercial sales and rentals. Angel began his career as a leasing agent in Gainesville, Florida working for several large apartment complexes and condo buildings where he learned many sales and leasing tactics. His hard work, high ethical and quality standards, and knowledge of the industry has driven him to become the top-notch Management Miami team member he is today!Elizabeth Pero – Administrative Assistant
Elizabeth has experience working in diverse roles related to customer support, maintenance coordination, and office management. Her interpersonal skills give her a special understanding of problems, and interacting with coworkers and clients. This helps ensure a seamless customer interaction with knowledge of the situation and the ability to communicate effective solutions. Customer service is an integral part of Management Miami mission, and with Elizabeth’s detailed attention to the customers needs and genuine care for their issues we are able to achieve that and go the extra step! Elizabeth strives to build trust and strong relationships with Management Miami customers and owners ensuring long and successful business relationships, and creating an environment which tenant’s will appreciate and love.Simon Naon, BA – Financial Controller
As the Financial Controller, Simon is responsible for all accounting aspects as well as financial reporting in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. His attention to detail and accuracy makes him a valuable team member that strives to provide excellent results and services to both Management Miami and its clients. Simon is also dedicated to improve and develop internal control policies and procedures that will improve overall efficiency and professionalism.
Prior to becoming the Financial Controller at Management Miami, Simon has held several accounting and tax positions in privately held companies as well as publicly traded companies. The majority of his accounting experience has been mainly focused in the real estate industry for the past several years. His expertise includes short and long term and short term rentals, property flipping, commercial and residential property management, construction, and foreign based investments.
Lara Torres – Leasing Manager
Lara Torres has been an active real estate agent for over 8 years with an extensive history in customer service and relations. A passion for service in the South Florida area, with knowledge as both an agent and a local, gives her an edge. Lara Torres is ready to help with your home buying and selling, and renting needs. Lara has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting her client’s needs first. As a proud member of the Management Miami family, Lara carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. When Lara isn’t making her client’s dreams come true, she enjoys spending time at the local beach and strolling in the city with her friends and family.Patricia Quintana, BA, CCIM – Licensed Real Estate Agent
With over 30 years of Real Estate Experience, Patricia Quintana has successfully undertaken a wide range of commercial and residential projects. As a Real Estate Agent, Patricia is focused in sales and leasing within our portfolio or for third party customers.
Her past experience includes positions such as Director of Leasing for the Adler Group, overseeing 3.2million square feet, 350 tenants comprising of industrial, office and flex properties. Patricia is experienced in Landlord and Tenant Representation, and was designated a (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member in 2003. She is fluent in Spanish, originally from Colombia and speaks some Portege. Patricia has concluded over 537 commercial real estate lease and sale transactions totaling over $43Million Dollars.
Christina Cantor – Accountant
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Christina began her career as Junior Accountant at a local bank and after 3 years of gaining experience had reached the top tier at her bank. She then began working in a diverse range of industries that include construction, business process outsource, financial technology and IT service which strengthened her accounting skills even more.
As part of the team, Christina works closely with Simon Naon and takes on the task of maintaining accurate accounting records and facilitating detailed and concise financial records. She is also responsible for payroll and vendor payments. Christina has always loved accounting and throughout the years, it has really become her passion which is very important in delivering quality service to Management Miami and its clients.
